Where your brands essence is felt and cherished. 

A discreet, real-world evaluation of your venue experienced through the eyes of your guests, designed to assess the quality, consistency, and effectiveness of your guest journey.

Over a five-day window, I will visit your venue unannounced on one selected day, experiencing your service as your customers do. Your business is assessed across every touchpoint - from arrival and service flow to emotional experience and overall guest perception.

This process highlights where operational gaps, service inconsistencies, or guest journey friction may be impacting performance, reputation, and revenue potential.

You receive a detailed 60-minute feedback session outlining key observations and high-impact refinements to anchor your improved brand experience and operational delivery.

An in-venue month long partnership designed for those ready to perfect their operational performance and merge with outstanding guest experiences. 

This includes a full diagnostic and implementation process across live service environments, focusing on staff execution, service flow, and guest journey consistency.

Included within the 30 day period:

  • Mystery guest experience and full guest journey audit

  • Oversight of two live service shifts

  • Operational and guest experience analysis in real time

  • Weekly 60-minute consultations with the owner
